Welcome to the interactive 3D portfolio of Alay Patel — a second-year Computer Science student at Indus University, Ahmedabad, and a builder at heart. This site is a fully interactive WebGL experience built from scratch, walking you through a hand-drawn 3D corridor that leads to projects, background, and contact details.

Alay contributes to his father's web agency, 9 Apple Web, while independently building projects like CampusGo, Pharshu, and Clothriz — leaning on AI-assisted development while continuing to grow independent coding skills.

Background

My name is Alay Patel. I'm a second-year Computer Science and Engineering student at Indus University, Ahmedabad, and a developer who likes building real, useful tools — from campus navigation apps to WhatsApp-based ordering systems for small businesses. I hold a CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) certification, and I'm also a chess player with a builder and R&D-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills & Stack

• Core: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
• Frameworks: React for modern frontend work.
• Backend: Node.js for backend services (e.g. Clothriz).

CampusGo

A 2D interactive campus map built for Indus University students to quickly find their lecture halls — solving a real day-to-day navigation problem. Built with HTML5, CSS3, JS, PHP, and MySQL. Live at campusgo.copykat.co.in.

Pharshu (formerly Farsanwala)

A WhatsApp-based ordering system for small Indian food and retail businesses, letting customers order directly through chat with no app install required. Built with HTML5, CSS3, JS, PHP, and MySQL. Live at alaybot.websitetest.win.

Clothriz

A streetwear brand e-commerce site with a custom frontend and Node.js backend, built to give the brand a fully bespoke online storefront.

9 Apple Web

Ongoing contribution to Alay's father's web agency, 9 Apple Web, including admin panel work for client projects.

DootX & ChessBets

DootX is a post-quantum encrypted messenger project, currently in production. ChessBets is a chess-wagering concept, also in production, previously paused at one stage on real-money gaming legal grounds.
